I concur with everything Shauna had said before me about Kasia and the way she does waxing. Kasia is one of a kind - always on time, caring and comforting, efficient and gives you great results. I have done waxing and facials with Kasia for years. Wonderful painless results with the wax. Her facials are very affordable for the treatment and work invested, also the products used are top notch - natural, modern and effective! I always feel great and get compliments after treatment with Kasia! If she recommends an extra touch of something - do it! You will be thankful! Grateful to know Kasia and thankful for her help!

Kasia is wonderful and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is professional and an amazing esthetician. I love that she always runs on time, is a pleasure to chat with during waxing, and she is thorough with making sure she got all the hair. The spa where she works is super cute and peaceful. I have yet to see her for facials, but for waxing I give her a high recommendation! My skin is never tender or red after I leave (or if it is, it's only for 30 minutes or so) and I love that she uses hard wax. Bonus: the hard wax she uses is the blue kind and she never double dips the stick on areas other than the face (anywhere that's potentially dangerous). She knows to use a new stick, which is great. Just because a pot of wax is hot doesn't mean it automatically kills bacteria from other clients. This is such a great find in downtown MP, and I'm so glad I discovered her place. She is everything you want an esthetician to be--she truly cares about doing a good job. Once after she was done waxing me, I realized she had accidentally left a patch of hair, so I asked her to get that one spot. She was very gracious about it and even thanked me for pointing it out to her. Other places I've gone to don't take as much pride in their work as she does and act like it's the client's fault for the remaining hair. But Kasia is very professional and is pleased to give excellent service. I highly recommend Kasia for your skin care needs in Menlo Park!
