There are many reasons to hire a Personal Trainer. Some hire a trainer to achieve a health goal, others a sports goal and still others to ensure commitment and thereby success in their health and exercise goals. The question you should ask yourself is; can you achieve the results you desire on your own, in a time efficient and safe manner? If not, then working with one of our personal trainers is for you!
Personal Training sessions can take many forms and can meet very often or infrequently, most common is one to three times per week. To start a personal training program you can speak with the Exercise Specialist who guided you through your first two appointments or contact the Fitness Program Director, Ross Headley, to get suggestions as to who might best fit your needs.
