A fun, athletic power vinyasa yoga class with music - YogaRok is a high energy workout, athletically challenging positions and music. Yoga mixed with music to add some fun and the yoga poses become stronger with focus... and you can't help but smile! YogaRok is easy to follow, yet each class is unique and guided by an experienced teacher. Our instructors make sure that no matter what level you are, you'll be able to follow along. Even the same teacher takes pride in mixing up the workout with creative sequences.
