Utilizing the freshest of ingredients through our support of local vendors and their sustainable and organic offering.Since its inception in 1981, the Woodside Bakery has been a family operated business and attributes its remarkable success to this fact and that of consistently providing the highest quality bakery, food and wine faire to our Woodside residents, guests and surrounding communities.
The Woodside Bakery is one of the last remaining European style bakeries in the Bay Area, featuring a complete array of pastries, pies, cakes, cookies and breads. We also specialize in beautiful, custom Wedding Cakes and other custom/special occasion cakes and desserts.
The Bakery continues to occupy its original space, however, in 199, the operation expanded a wood-burning pizza oven, using local, sustainable foods. The Bakery’s faire is also incorporated into the menu offerings, including a variety of homemade breads, our famous foccacia bread baked throughout the day and an unending variety of desserts. The smell of baking breads, pies and whatever else happens to be in the ovens at the time, is in the air throughout the day. We dare you to come in and simply order a coffee.
